Easy Sweet Potatoes Chicken Bites for Toddlers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato, mashed
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, finely shredded
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup finely grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped spinach
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • A small pinch of salt, optional
  • A little olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the mashed sweet potato, shredded chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, carrot, spinach, and garlic powder to a bowl.
  3. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into toddler-friendly bites.
  5. Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until firm and lightly golden.
  7. Let them cool before serving. Cut into smaller pieces if needed.
